Customer satisfaction is what we at NAF mean by good quality. Whether we are talking about how we serve our customers, delivery performance or the products themselves, it's all about quality.

In order to guarantee that our products meet our customers’ expectations and the demands of authorities, we control our formal Quality Assurance process very rigorously. The most important elements of our Quality Assurance process are:

ISO 9001-2015

Describes our general Quality Assurance system with regard to the design, manufacturing and marketing of valves. We have been ISO 9000 certified since 1994. We are currently certified by Kiwa Inspecta.

PED/CE

NAF was the first Swedish valve manufacturer to be certified for module H and H1 (PED) in 2002. This means that we have the right to CE-mark our valves for the most demanding applications. Our Notified Body is Kiwa Inspecta.

SS-EN ISO 3834-2

To guarantee optimal quality on our welding process we have fully implemented the SS-EN ISO 3834-2 standard. The system is externally certified by Kiwa Inspecta.
